Support to Airforce Continuing Airworthiness
CRONDO supported a series of re-writes for sixteen aviation support contracts ranging between $10million to $100million for incorporation of the Defence Aviation Safety Regulations (DASR) to coincide with a Defence mandate for their inclusion. Due to tight timeframes and the large number of stakeholders which included Defence Industry, Airforce and CASG, a project management approach was taken to plan, schedule and execute this tasking for our client. Through a series of collaborative workshops CRONDO was able to achieve this in 6 months.
Support to Sustainment of the Airborne Early Warning & Control (AEWC) Capability
CRONDO is currently providing commercial (contract management & finance) and business support services to AEWCSPO with the development and implementation of innovative contract management plans and processes, providing general commercial support, and development of a web-based business process management engineering solution hosted within CASG’s Business Management System (BMS).
